3, temperature expansion joint setting
The temperature change will cause the deformation of the steel structure plant, so that the structure produces temperature stress, when the plant plane scale is large, in order to avoid large temperature stress, the temperature expansion joint should be set in the vertical and horizontal directions of the plant, the length of the section can be executed according to the steel structure specifications. Temperature expansion joint generally adopts the method of setting double columns to deal with, and the longitudinal temperature expansion joint can be set at the roof truss support.
4. Anti-rust treatment
Enough attention should be paid to the corrosion prevention of steel structure plant members, and corresponding countermeasures and measures should be taken according to the erosion medium and environmental conditions of the plant in the general layout, process layout, material selection, etc., to ensure the safety of the plant structure.
5. Facade design
The facade of the steel structure plant is mainly determined by the process layout, and strives to make the facade simple and magnificent while meeting the requirements of the process. The color molded steel plate makes the building of the light steel plant show a light shape and rich color, which is obviously better than the heavy single of the traditional reinforced concrete structure. In the design of the light steel plant, jumping colors and cool colors are often used, focusing on the main entrance, outer gutter, edge flooding and other places, which not only reflects the magnificent momentum of the modern plant, but also enriches the facade effect.
